The Bubble Grows

The Bubble team gains a new member!  Bubble is delighted to welcome Susan McCartney to our team as our newly appointed content manager.

Already she’s learning what it’s like to burn the candle at both ends to achieve seemingly impossible deadlines that other over zealous team members have promised to our clients.

A BIG thanks and welcome onboard from the team for all your hard work, Susan!

New! Healthcare iPhone App in development

SpeechBubble™ are very excited to announce that we are working with Dr Roy Harper, from the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland to create a Diabetes iPhone App that uses the SpeechBubble™ Engine for release 1.0 with the inclusion of a fully interactive insulin calculator in release 1.1.

The App is currently in the planning stages but we expect it to represent a beneficial resource for Diabetes sufferers across the globe when published. The team are also looking into other health care applications for SpeechBubble technology in tandem with the Diabetes App. Keep watching out for news about this in the coming months!

iPhone Development

We’ve been burning the midnight oil and drinking lots of coffee,  but for the very first time,
SpeechBubble™ has reached the iPhone! The development team have used the NEW BETA of Adobe CS5 with iPhone Packager, to take the existing SpeechBubble™ Engine and deploy it on the iPhone.

The debut SpeechBubble™ Manual Handling iPhone App was submitted to the Apple Store on the 8th February and should be live on the App Store within 2 weeks as a FREE download so keep an eye out for it. We have taken the popular topic of Manual Handling and incorporated our illustrations and content into the App with multiple languages. Also included in the App is a link to our NEW iPhone Twitter which keeps the user up to date with any new developments or freebies. We are currently working on adding more languages and other content to the App which we will implement over the next few months.
