SpeechBubble at UK iPad Launch
| SpeechBubble™ were very pleased to be at the official UK launch of the iPad (well being there was cool, but not the 5:00am start). We managed to go along the crowd (some had been there since the day before, mad) and demonstrate the various functions of the iPad and of course our fantastic Apple App's. Luckily Starbucks arrived to give everyone a well needed strong black coffee to keep moral up and eyes from shutting. As well as demoing our Apple App's to the waiting crowd we met some interesting people from ICT Directors and Developers. Hopefully over the next while these will become great partnerships with SpeechBubble™. The most exciting outcome was that one of the customers downloaded our web2vga App just outside the store (see photo). Which makes it the 1st Apple iPad App downloaded from the UK Store on day of launch (well Ireland anyway). During the excitement the Team decided to join the queue and ended up purchasing more iPads to develop with (this time on 3G). |

Ground Breaking Apps
| We love the iPad combining as it does all the touch tecnology we have grown to love and making it bigger. Well what about making it bigger still? web2vga is the ground breaking App launched by Bubble (NI) Ltd. Using the VGA out cable available from Apple Stores, the user can use this alternative browser to project onto the BIG screen. The figures speak for themselves. Apple Apps to Airport Induction

Shortly after we launched the Safety Talks iPhone App we received an email from Martin Collins QSHE Advisor Airports (Heathrow), Inviron Limited. Martin explained that he had stumbled upon our iPhone App which had flagged an interest in what other products we may have produced. He went on to purchase a copy Safety Talks on USB which he now uses as a resource for giving Toolbox Talks. He’s so pleased with the product he said... |
” I am looking at the bigger picture. Every contractor within the Airport Environment has to deliver a 'airport induction', very much the case of re-inventing the wheel. What I am trying to develop is an induction we could all use with the endorsement of BAA. As you can imagine language is where it would fall down. However your product has that beat hands down.”
We’ve now started work on a demo Airport Induction and hope to be able to provide a solution to Airport Services that will unify the many disparate training resources currently in use, ensuring clarity and understanding with our unique multi-lingual SpeechBubble™ platform.
